Safely charging vehicle batteries

Robust box with integrated power supply
Accu-Box consists of a 3-side acid-proof steel housing with an internal 18mm flame-resistant cladding (A1). Its outer dimensions are 100×199×78.5cm, and its protective coating in red indicates a hazardous area.
Chargers connect via the power supply integrated with the box, which consists of a CEE combination socket with an integrated socket (16A 400V) and a Schuko socket (230V). A main switch on the outside wall enables you to interrupt the power supply in an emergency at the press of a button.
Warning and prohibitions signs are clearly visible inside the box to ensure vehicles are charged according to safety regulations: Fire, naked flames, explosive gas, and sparks are strictly forbidden when handling batteries. Escaping gas causes a fire and explosion hazard.
To prevent a fire from going unnoticed, you can retro-fit the box with a fire detector. The box comes pre-installed with a ready-to-use eyewash bottle for emergencies along with a safe holder for fixing a tank with distilled water and an intermediate shelf where you can deposit safety gloves, car chargers, etc.
A bumper prevents mechanical damage to the charging unit. Thanks to its integrated steel pallet, you can simply move Accu-Box using a lift or pallet truck if you want to change its location.
